We will only refund shipping charges if we‘ve sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Internet returns that are received to our internet customer service department will be credited immediately. We can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. All refunds may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

For exchange merchandise only, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee. However, if you would like to purchase additional merchandise or upgrade your shipping method, you are responsible for these additional costs.
